I have spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone to Telstra. I have been trying to change my phone service to Telstra to take advantage of the goodies offered by the endless number of Telstra telesales people. After hours on the phone – they still couldn’t get their act together.

Call me studpid but I simply do not understand how accepting business from a new customer could be so hard.
